Doris B. (Goss) Scobie, 95, formerly of North Grafton passed away April 9, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband David Scobie who died in 1984. She is survived by her four daughters, Gail Adams of Spencer, MA, Diane Rambadt and her husband Steve of Hilliard, OH, Beverly Kellum and Linda Franza of Florida; eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was born in Milford, CT on August 9, 1916, daughter of the late Eva (Rocheleau) and Ralph C. Goss. She was a homemaker and lived in Grafton most of her life. In lieu of flowers her family requests donations in memory of Doris to Second Chance Animal Shelter 111 Young Road PO Box 136 E. Brookfield MA 01515 or to The Alzheimer's Association – MA Chapter 311 Arsenal St. Watertown, MA 02472.
CALLING HOURS & FUNERAL MASS
All are invited to calling hours for Doris Thursday April 12th from 5pm to 8pm at RONEY FUNERAL HOME 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton MA 01536. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday April 13th at 11:00am at St. Mary's Church 17 Waterville St. N. Grafton MA 01536. She will then be laid to rest with her husband at Riverside Cemetery in Grafton.
