GRAFTON: Beverly G. (Bratt) Ostergaard, 78, passed away February 28, 2010 after a recent illness. Her husband of 41 years Stanley C. Ostergaard passed in 1998. She is survived by her daughter Karen Marx and her husband Ronald of Oakton VA, her son Paul Ostergaard and his wife Anne of Greenwood IN, four grandchildren, twin sisters Amanda and Jenna Marx, Emily Marx, Richard Ostergaard and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ostergaard was born September 12, 1931 in Upton the daughter of the late Reginald and Jennie (Styles) Bratt and has lived in Grafton since 1957. She was a 1949 graduate of Northbridge High School and worked as a secretary at Whitin Machine Works in Whitinsville. Memorial donations are suggested in her name to The American Heart Association, 20 Speen St. Framingham MA 01701 or The American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham MA 01701 in lieu of flowers.
Funeral Arrangements
A Graveside Committal Service will be Wednesday March 3rd at 2 pm in Riverside Cemetery on Millbury St. in Grafton where she will be laid to rest with her husband. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are in the care of The Roney Funeral Home in North Grafton.
